Spent a lot of time trolling ZocDoc last night. This guy and his corresponding review was our favorite/the saddest:

The examination room I was in had strange stacks of collected take-out utensils in it, ancient collections of papers, and it seemed grimy overall. If any kind of physical examination ahd been necessary I would have declined and left. Dr. Smith was perfectly nice, helpful and friendly, but he was also not quite well put together; he had stains on his clothing.
