ed. note: I apologize if I may have offended anyone who is not a Dylan fan or ardent reader of the Times Weddings/Celebrations archives. I wrote this biting commentary after coming home from a night of drinking strategic outreach, and it is with great regret that I must report I cannot find the aforementioned Weddings/Celebrations article, wherein, yes, a couple walked down the aisle to “Buckets of Rain”. Reading that article was the first time I had heard of the song, and it has held a soft spot in my tiny little heart ever since.
